Hi, I’m David Olson. Certified Personal Trainer, Human Movement Specialist, NeuroKinetic Therapist, and Licensed Massage Therapist. I’ve spent more than a decade helping people move better, feel stronger, and live without pain.

Basic Human Movement began at our local YMCA, where I built personalized programs for clients who wanted simple, effective workouts they could actually stick with. When one of those clients—an app designer—joined forces with me, we transformed that approach into the BHM app: a structured system built on the same principles I use every day with my clients.
