Helpful Tips
- Payments can take up to 24 hours to fully register with Apple. Refund requests can’t be made until the payment is complete.
- Timing matters: for the best results, submit your refund request soon after the transaction has fully processed.
- Apple typically takes 2–3 business days to process refund requests once submitted.
- As much as we’d like to help, BHM doesn’t control Apple’s processing times or refund decisions.
